จากรายการวิทยุ Radio 1 ประเทศอังกฤษ ในรายการของดีเจ Rob da Bank ช่วง Double Decker ที่เลือกเอาดีเจ/ ศิลปินสองคน สอง(อาจจะต่าง)สไตล์ ให้มาโชว์มิกซ์เทป/ ดีเจเซ็ทในรายการ

คนแรก Fred Falke จากฝรั่งเศษ จากอดีตมือเบสวงดนตรีร็อค ที่หันมาเอาดีทางด้านดนตรีเต้นรำ

เริ่มต้นจากการทำงานรวมกับ Alan Braxe เพื่อนสนิทในผลงานที่ชื่อว่า Intro ที่ออกกับตรา Roule ของ Thomas Bangalter (ต้องบอกไหมเนี่ยว่า คนนี้คือใคร !!) และชื่อของ Fred ก็ไม่เคยห่างไกลจากวงการดนตรี Dance/ Electronic เมื่อมีงานชุกรีมิกซ์ให้กับศิลปินมากมาย เช่น Ladyhawke, Little Boots, The Whitest Boy Alive, VHS or Beta ฯลฯ

ดนตรีดิสโก้คลาสสิค ไล่เรียงไปที่ Tech, Electro House เด้งๆ โดดเด่นด้วยท่อนเบสโคตรเท่  (บางทีหนุ่มคนนี้เอาเบสขึ้นมาเล่นโชว์ประกอบการดีเจเสียด้วย)  และทำนองจากเสียง Synth ติดหูที่ทำให้เรากระโดดชูมือร้องตาม

Louis นำเอาส่วนผสมของซาวด์ดนตรี Funky, Filter และ French House แบบช่วงกลางยุค 90′s กลับมาอีกครั้ง (นึกถึงซาวด์ของวงอย่าง Full Intention, Superfunk หรือ Cassius ยุคแรกๆ) และทำได้ในระดับเดียวกับรุ่นพี่ๆอย่าง Kriss Menace, Fred Falke, Dj Falcon

ดนตรีของ Louis อาจไม่ใช่เรื่องใหม่ หรือน่าตื่นเต้นขนาดนั้นในช่วงเวลาที่ Daft Punk ครองโลก และทั่วโลกก็บ้าคลั่งไปกับซาวด์สับสยองแบบ Ed Banger หรือ Kitsune’ แต่นี่คือการหยิบจับเอาเสี้ยวหนึ่งในอิทธิทางดนตรีเยี่ยมๆของ House Music มาทำได้อย่างลงตัวที่สุด

With only 17 years old but his future is so bright.

The sound of mid 90′s French House/ Filter House (like Full Intention, Superfunk, early Cassius). This make him a bit stand out from other Justice-esque bands.

French House master Fred Falke just dropped a new remix for The Whitest Boy Alive, the band of everyone’s most beloved singer Elend Oye of Kings of Convenience.

His take on ‘golden cage’ is pretty damn great and a perfect spring-time soundtrack. All the beats, melody, vocal are unique and mellow. So don’t hesitate and pick it up right here
